Although I already have jumper cables, I purchased this so that I would not have to rely on others if it's late at night or I'm in a remote area. I like that it is a compact jump starter, yet has no issue starting my six cylinder 2011 Impala when the battery is too low to crank. It's easy to use, and all all you need to do to maintain it is fully charge the power bank every two to three months. The jumper clamps feel solid and the reverse polarity protection gives me confidence.

I charged this unit a couple of months ago. It has been in the trunk of my car since. For S&Gs, I decided to use this to charge my phone instead of plugging into the car port. Three bars later, my phone is charged, and the meter on the device just went from 4 dots to 3. I'll charge it up again and put it back in my car. I haven't had to jumpstart my car yet, but I know this device will have a full charge, even after a few months. It's highly portable and has multiple features. I was more interested in the power functions, and I am very pleased.

Works well. I’ve only used it once or twice on a lawnmower, but it has worked great both times. It’s easy to use, and the battery life seems like it’s pretty good for the price.

Battery is pretty small and the light sucks. I got a much cheaper one on here that had a larger battery, better wires and clamps, more usb ports, and brighter light.I did take this unit and the other one apart to compare and can say for sure this one is of lower quality than others out there. They might all look the same but they are not.At the end of the day they all work but should be emergency things only. This is not a replacement for actually charging your cars battery which is critically important to do if it’s died even if you get it started and drive around after this. For a battery to fully recharge from the engine takes multiple hours of driving and leaving your battery at a lower than optimal voltage will shorten its life drastically.So this will get you home but don’t think it’s a fix all.

This worked great for me. My subaru was dead and this got it going again.Its very easy to use. Just plug in the cables, hook red to + and black to -, and start the car. The light on the cables will turn green when you have a solid connection, red otherwise. There is a power button but it seems to just show the charge level. It can hold a charge at least 2 months because thats how long it was sitting in my car, and it still says 100% charged. Very fast and simple. No instructions are required, but it comes with them anyway. You can keep them in the pouch with the charger.It comes in a durable black zipper pouch. I just throw it into the trunk of my car for emergencies. It feels like it could survive a drop but I havent tested it. Thick plastic.
