Shipping
Auricu products are carefully prepared and shipped to the delivery address provided with your order.
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and whether the item is a standard or customized product. Tracking information will be provided once available.

Standard Product Returns
Standard, non-customized products may be returned for a refund. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns must meet the product condition requirements listed below.

Return Condition
To qualify for a return, the product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Products that have been opened, installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.

Customized Products
Products manufactured, modified, or configured according to a customer's specific requirements are considered customized products.
Customized products are not eligible for return. However, depending on the individual circumstances, Auricu may offer a partial refund as an alternative resolution.

warehouse return address and return instructions.

Ship the Product
Return the unopened and unused product to the warehouse address
provided by our team. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Please contact Auricu before sending any product back.
Do not return products to the original shipping address or any other
Auricu address without prior authorization. Our team will provide the
correct warehouse return address after reviewing your request.
